Amazing day with the NSPCC who came into school today and taught the children how to keep safe both online and in real life. Workshops, assemblies, class discussions and even an invaluable parent workshop. Please visit their website. Thank you.
Excited that all St John Fisher children are taking part in The World's Largest Lesson this week. Working together to educate young people about how they can learn about the U.N. sustainable development goals. The children will be learning about Goal Number 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production and Goal Number 13 – Climate Action.
Thank you @tompalmerauthor for visiting school today. Tom introduced the children to his fabulous books. Tom asked 10 questions and the children who answered correctly were invited to a penalty shoot out (reliving England match last night!) Many thanks and well done to our new school goalie Miss Doyle and all the children in Year 2 and 3. ...
The children enjoyed a lovely morning making things to celebrate the Royal Wedding. At lunchtime there was a delicious party lunch and this afternoon the children talked about British Values.
